CASCINA
PERFUMO was born in 1953, when Aldo, the oldest of the three brothers of a
family of farmers, with his wife Assunta and his son Luigi, decided to buy a property
on the slopes of a wonderful hill, called "il Muntisé", that surmounts Belbo
valley, in the town of Nizza, the heart of Monferrato.
At
the end of Seventies, CASCINA PERFUMO has a surface of about seven hectares
of Barbera vines and is managed by Luigi and his wife Pieranna.
The farm has
developed with acquisitions of new land, planting new species of vines, improving
the production and wine-making techniques.
The inborn love for this land,
this job, this life style, is renewed everyday with Marco, Roberto and Simone,
that with a great passion, preserve these meanings.
Then we want to share
with you our feelings, with good omen to find in every bottle, in every glass,
in every draught of CASCINA PERFUMO's wines, a touch of this love and passion,
which we dedicate our lives.
